Bread and Beer, that fits, and how! We were able to show that to an audience of thirty people together with the Rockenbäcker Bernd Wettlaufer.
The certified bread sommelier drove this point home: bread and beer are perfect taste complements. In harmony or as a contrast - Bernd's exclusive breads potentiate the pleasures of beer impressively (the liquorice bread and POLAR combination is quite explosive).
